After 30 days

• You are signed out everywhere and can no longer sign in
• You disappear from every company directory, picker and roster
• Your memberships end and your work email addresses are unlinked

Kept afterwards

• Each employer's record of you — title, dates and HR notes — for as long as their retention policy requires
• The audit trail of what was done on the platform

Those records are anonymised once the policy runs out. Nothing is erased before then.
